Cassidy Connors, a 21-year-old horse owner, is urgently searching for her gelding, Journey — a deeply loved companion known for his gentle, friendly nature.
Journey is an 8-year-old bay gelding (approx. 15.3 hands).
Brown coat, black mane and tail, four black legs, a white star on his forehead, and a circular scar on his back right pastern.
He was discovered missing on April 11, 2026…
From a rural property in the Evelyn area near Toboggan Creek Fish Hatchery on Owen’s Road, Smithers, BC.

WHY THIS IS CONCERNING
Extensive searches have already been carried out — including drone searches, horseback searches, full property checks, and neighbouring properties.
There have been:
No signs of a predator attack (no blood, hair, or remains)
No clear tracks or indication of where he went
No confirmed sightings despite ongoing efforts
Journey seems to have disappeared without a trace, which is deeply concerning.
