WARN YOUR FAMILY & FRIENDS
Stephanie Redlick has been evicted — yet again — from a property where she currently has 9 or 10 horses.
Meanwhile, Redlick and/or her father, currently using the names Samuel Kauffman and Sam Redlick, reportedly have at least four horses consigned to an auction tomorrow.
Auction details can be found here.
That is, of course, assuming she can find someone willing to haul the horses for her.
This week may have felt like a win for Redlick, but we’re not going anywhere.
In fact, we learned a lot.
One of the most important lessons came after Marie Bennett was threatened with criminal charges following the removal of four horses from the very property Stephanie Redlick has now been evicted from.
Redlick has been warned that she will be charged with trespassing if she sets foot on that property again.
Turns out this story didn’t end quite the way Redlick expected.
That experience exposed legal avenues that may be available to protect these horses — if we can raise the funds necessary to pursue them. See below.
Redlick keeps finding new addresses. New names. New horses.
What she hasn’t found is a way to make people stop paying attention.
And we have no intention of stopping now.
At some point, people have to start asking an uncomfortable question:
How is someone with this track record still able to acquire and keep horses?
You can help close that loophole. (See below.)
P.S. Assuming Redlick can actually get four horses to the auction tomorrow, the next question is whether anyone will bid.
Last December, two horses reportedly went through an auction ring and left with something even more remarkable than a sale price: no bids at all.
Not even from the kill buyers.
We did not know about that auction so there was…
No campaign. No coordination.
Just a room full of people making their own decisions.
The horses left the ring without a bid.
We’ll see what happens tomorrow.
WE CAN’T SAY MUCH MORE YET…
We need your help — we can’t say much yet — but you know us — we have been outspoken and stuck our necks out more times than we can count over multiple situations with a certain someone.
Not a penny of this will benefit Redlick.
Any help – no matter how big or small will be greatly appreciated.

HORSES SLAUGHTERED FOR HUMAN CONSUMPTION
Every year thousands of horses are routinely slaughtered in Canada, for human consumption, but you can help us ban horse slaughter in Canada and beyond.
Some of the meat is consumed in Canada, and much of it is shipped to the European Union, and other markets, including Japan.
This barbaric practice is currently not legal in the United States, so horses from the United States are shipped to Canada, and to Mexico, to be slaughtered.
In addition Canada allows for the transportation of live horses to Japan to be slaughtered for human consumption, and unfortunately the transportation of horses destined for slaughter within Canada, and by air to Japan for slaughter, is far from humane.
